Finding your flow is about discovering who you are when you’re not performing for anyone else, when the noise quiets and you’re just… moving, breathing, being 🤍

It’s the moment you realize:

• Your body has wisdom. It’s been holding stories, trauma, joy, grief and through movement, you get to listen to what it’s been trying to tell you.
• There’s a version of yourself that exists underneath all the conditioning, the “shoulds,” the ways you’ve learned to make yourself small or acceptable. Flow is where you meet her/him.
• You’re not broken. You’re not trying to become something else. You’re remembering what was always there.

When you find your flow, you’re finding:

• Your truth
• Your agency
• Your right to take up space
• Your voice

This is especially powerful in communities that have been told their bodies don’t matter, their stories don’t matter, their healing doesn’t matter. Finding your flow becomes an act of resistance and reclamation. 🦋
