Circle the City is a Federally Qualified Health Center and a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides healthcare to all individuals facing homelessness in Maricopa County.

Circle the City is proud to join Homeless ID Project and a coalition of community partners for the 2nd Annual Sleep Out — spending one night outdoors to stand in solidarity with our neighbors and patients experiencing homelessness.

Our team had a great time attending Mesa Has Heart! 💜
It was wonderful to connect with so many organizations and community leaders who are making a meaningful difference across the East Valley. We're grateful to be part of a community that cares so deeply about helping others.
As we prepare to open our East Valley Medical Respite Center later this year, we're excited to continue building partnerships and serving the Mesa community. We can't wait for what's ahead!

Arizona summers aren't just dangerous. For individuals facing homelessness, they can be deadly.

Without reliable access to water, shade, or a safe place to recover, even a single day of extreme heat can quickly become a medical emergency.

That's why Circle the City's Street Medicine teams are in the community every day, bringing hydration, medical care, heat illness treatment, and hope directly to those who need it most.
