💃 Patty is an Afro-Latina Wellness Coach and Movement Goddess. Her inclusive approach brings clarity, guidance, and positive support to all. Humor and authenticity are her superpowers, creating safe spaces for everyone to be their truest selves. Since 2017, she’s been passionately teaching yoga, dance, and fitness.

🧘‍♀️ Marney blends movement, breath work, kriya, and meditation in her classes, inspiring deep self-discovery and open-hearted living. When Marney isn’t teaching yoga, you can find her all around town at local markets & in local boutiques, doing pop-up events with her jewelry business, Honey Lula Designs.

introduces himself as a provider of meditations, training, subconscious reprogramming, and workshops aimed at aiding individuals in healing emotional blockages, and unlocking their authentic voice. He holds certifications as a Certified Yoga Teacher (E200RYT), Neuro-Linguistic Programmer (NLP), and Continuing Education Provider with Yoga Alliance (YCEP).

He encourages participants to join a supportive community of fellow meditators to experience the liberating effects of not giving a f*ck 🤭
