Meet the Team: Dr. Tyler Berger | Glaucoma & Cataract Specialist

Continuing our 'Meet the Team' series here at Glaucoma Cataract Consultants! I’m Dr. Tyler Berger, and my focus is on advanced glaucoma care, dislocated intra-ocular lens, iris reconstruction and cataract surgery.

As a board-certified and fellowship-trained ophthalmologist, I specialize in:

· Minimally Invasive Glaucoma Surgery (MIGS) & Glaucoma Lasers

· Intraocular lens exchange

· Iris reconstruction

· Cataract Surgery & Advanced Lens Techniques

My goal? My goal is to ensure that glaucoma care is not treated as a one-size-fits-all approach. In 2026, we are able to personalize glaucoma treatment to the individual patient more than ever before. Along the same lines, when it comes to cataract surgery, my goal is not only to improve vision, but also to help tailor each patient’s vision to their lifestyle needs. In my opinion, tailored and individualized treatment is at the center of excellent patient care.
