Persistent pelvic pain? It may be coming from your pelvic floor muscles.

Your pelvis has three bones meeting at three joints, and your pelvic floor helps stabilize them. Muscles that are too tight can compress nerves and joints (deep, aching, or sharp pain), while muscles that are too loose leave joints unstable and inflamed.
