Did you know? The early years (ages 2-5) are when a child’s brain is most ready to build new pathways for speech and language — which means the earlier we catch a delay, the more effective (and often faster) therapy can be.

If your child is a late talker, hard to understand, or struggling to follow directions or form sentences, it’s always worth a conversation. You know your child best, and trusting your gut is never a bad idea. 💛

We’re currently scheduling speech-language evaluations — send us a DM or visit the link in our bio to get started.

Back to school is here! 🍎🎒 New routines, new schedules, new backpacks — we know afternoons can fill up fast once school’s back in session. Good news: we still have afternoon speech therapy availability, so your kiddo can get the support they need without disrupting the school day.

Give us a call to grab a spot before they’re gone! 💙

🌸 Meet Emme Rosenberg, our newest speech therapist!

She’s passionate about early intervention and working with autistic kiddos, and loves parent coaching — helping families fold therapy into their everyday routines naturally. Her approach is child-led and neurodiversity-affirming. 💛

Outside the clinic, she’s usually hiking ⛰️, camping 🏕️, or at spin class 🚴‍♀️. Welcome to the team, Emme! ✨

Communication milestones can look different from child to child — and that’s okay. At age 3–4, we’re watching for speech and language skills like clearer sounds, longer sentences, and growing understanding. If some skills are still emerging, a speech evaluation can help give you peace of mind and next steps.
We’re here to support Portland families with guidance, answers, and care. 💛

Speech and language milestones for ages 2–3 💬✨
Every child develops at their own pace, but these are some of the skills we often look for in toddlers this age.

If you’re concerned about your child’s speech or language development, we’re here to help.
