Family law cases don't happen in a vacuum, and maternal mental illness can shape everything from custody decisions to how a parent is perceived in the courtroom. Are family law attorneys equipped to recognize it, understand it, and advocate with it in mind?

PSI's Legal Justice Program is offering a training built to close that gap, developed by perinatal mental health professionals and family law attorneys with experiences in cases involving mental health.
