We're very excited for today's Mural Unveiling & Celebration! Come get some cake and see the beautiful addition to our building!

Ten years ago when we moved into our building on NE 7th and Alberta we eyed a large exterior wall as a perfect spot for a mural. As things often go, we got busy with the move, new patients coming through our doors, COVID, and lots more. We now find ourselves celebrating 10 years in this lovely home, and what better way to celebrate that, as well as our overall 20th anniversary, than with a mural finally!

Join us on October 14 from 3-4 pm in the North by Northeast parking lot for an unveiling of our new mural, a short program, cake and beverages.

Welcome one of our newest Master Recyclers, Lynn Mangum!

Lynn Mangum (Class 93) has reached 30 hours and is a Certified Master Recycler! Lynn has been a part of North by Northeast Community Health Center (NxNE) for many years now. She has put her skills to use at outreach events hosted by NxNE, sharing her expertise about how to recycle at home. Thank you, Lynn!

Lynn Mangum (Clase 93) ha completado 30 horas y se ha convertido en una Experta en Reciclaje Certificada. Lynn lleva muchos años colaborando con el Centro de Salud Comunitario North by Northeast (NxNE). Ha puesto sus conocimientos en práctica en eventos de divulgación organizados por NxNE, compartiendo con su comunidad cómo reciclar en casa. ¡Gracias, Lynn!

Also referred to as Pink October, this annual international health month is dedicated to sharing more education about breast cancer, promote the importance of early detection and support both patients and survivors.
