• Review basic anatomy of the hand, wrist, & forearm.
• Identify & review common physical issues.
• Learn some simple self-administered manual therapies.
• Explore creative ways to prop hands & support wrists in weight-bearing poses.
• Try specially designed props that can help in managing pain and discomfort.
