One month in and the results speak for themselves.
Our Biggest Loser Rhode Island teams are officially down over 170 pounds in the first month alone.
But this challenge has never been just about the number on the scale.
It’s about showing up when motivation is low. Choosing yourself when it’s easier to quit. Building habits that last long after the challenge is over.
Watching our trainers encourage, support, and push these teams each week has been incredible. More importantly, watching these participants believe in themselves again has been even better.
We’re proud of every single person who took the first step and committed to becoming a healthier, stronger version of themselves.
Month one is complete.
The work continues.
