The Art of the Visit: Making Time With Your Parent Feel More Meaningful

You show up. You listen. You help where you can. But sometimes you leave wondering if you were really there for them.

Here's what we know: meaningful connection isn't about doing everything right. It's about being fully present.

1.
Presence over perfection

2.
Meeting them where they are

3.
Honoring their wisdom

4.
Making endings meaningful

5.
Showing up consistently

Whether you visit weekly or monthly, in person or by phone, these ideas can help you feel more connected and less like you're missing something.
