This beautiful patient had a prior breast lift with implants 15 years ago and developed severe capsular contracture. She also lost over 100lbs, which led to a waterfall deformity - sag of the breast tissue over the implants. I removed the implants and capsules, replaced them with new silicone gel implants, and did a secondary lift. The result is a softer, more natural look and feel. 🍒

This 60 year-old gentleman has a busy career and wanted to look as energetic as he feels. I did a lower lid blepharoplasty with facial fat transfer to smooth the transition between the lid and the cheek without changing the natural shape of the eye. The procedure is done through the inside of the eyelid, so there are no visible scars.
