Pediatric Possibilities "Making it Possible" Pediatric Possibilities opened in 2005 as a therapist owned private practice occupational therapy clinic in Raleigh, NC.

Dawn Rohlik, OTR/L is the founder of Pediatric Possibilities with over 28 years of experience in the field of pediatric occupational therapy. Dawn grooms her staff with continuous in clinic education opportunities focused on integrating sensory processing disorders, DIR/FloorTime and listening techniques in a multi-disciplinary model using a family oriented developmental approach. Love this graphic from that highlights the importance of continuing to offer foods, even if they’ve been rejected in the past.

Every “no” was still a presentation, exposure, and rehearsal with the food, which is so impactful and important! So many times, children surprise us with when they touch, or lick, or bite a food that has been presented so many times before!

By consistently offering a variety of foods, we provide exposures and opportunities to those foods which make them more comfortable and approachable.

Huge shout out to our office manager, Allison, as we celebrate her 10 years of dedication to Pediatric Possibilities!

Allison first became part of the Pediatric Possibilties family when her son started services with us and she has become such an integral part of our team! She plays a significant role in keeping the clinic running smoothly and helps create a welcoming environment for our families.

Her reliability, and care have made a real difference to our practice and the families we serve. We truly appreciate everything she has done and all she continues to do!!

Last week, Rose, our very own clinic manager and fantastic OT, presented to teachers, therapists, and parents to support their understanding and ability to foster “Regulation and Resilience” in the children in our lives.

She did such an amazing job and we are so grateful for her knowledge, expertise, and willingness to share with the community!

Along with about 25 other therapists, they stayed at a local nature camp and delved deep into clinical reasoning and how to support our wonderful clients and families!
