We're proud to share that Melanie Will, Department Lead at Berks Counseling Center, served as a panelist for "A Road Map to Accessing Berks County Behavioral Health Services" at the Be Wise conference.

Melanie shared insights on barriers to care and ways to improve access to behavioral health services, while also highlighting BCC's High Engagement Services and the support available to individuals throughout our community. Great job, Mel!

Nothing says “we appreciate you” quite like breakfast made by your coworkers!

A few of our amazing BCC team members rolled up their sleeves and volunteered to put together a Staff Appreciation Breakfast, and it was a huge hit! It was the perfect way to start the day.

We're lucky to have a team that not only works hard for our community but also takes time to support and celebrate each other. 💙

Prevent Su***de PA, one of the OMHSAS GLS Youth Su***de Prevention Grant partners, would like to announce the launch of its 2027 PSA Contest for Youth Su***de Prevention!

This contest is open to ALL Middle and High School students across Pennsylvania.

This is a great opportunity to engage students in a dialogue around su***de prevention, the importance of positive messaging, and ways to communicate a message effectively. Staff who have participated in the past have seen this as a way to teach students on many levels (academically, socially, and emotionally), and students have been empowered to use their voices to reach out to their peers.
