This week's Tuesday Tip: Before selecting a hospice, take a look at their CAHPS scores. These scores come directly from surveys completed by families who have experienced that provider's care firsthand.

We’re so proud to celebrate three incredible leaders from Ancora Compassionate Care who participated in Thursday’s She Means Business: Reidsville Women's Business & Industry Expo hosted by the Reidsville Chamber of Commerce.✨

Our Director of Human Resources, Teressa Townes, led a breakout session titled “From Feedback to Flourishing: Building a Best Place to Work,” sharing insights on creating positive workplace culture and helping teams thrive.

We were also honored to have our Board Chair, Gini Cardwell, serve as the breakfast keynote speaker with her inspiring presentation, “Have a Seat: You Belong Here” and trustee Romalita Harrison providing a very meaningful breakout session - "Conversations in Lavender: Mentoring the Next Generation of Women Leaders." 💙

The expo welcomed 150 women representing industries from across the region and featured 14 breakout sessions covering a wide variety of meaningful and impactful topics.

Thank you to the Reidsville Chamber for hosting such an empowering event and for creating space for women to connect, learn, and lead!
