We’re honored to be a recipient of PenAir Credit Union's Communerosity program this year! On Monday, we were delighted to welcome members of the PenAir team to our Candidate Class as they presented a generous gift to our Executive Director, Cabell Youell. Thank you, PenAir, for your dedication and support of our mission. You are helping us to place more exceptional dogs with the extraordinary people we serve.
Communerosity made its way to Roanoke! 🩵🩷💛
Our Communerosity Committee recently had the opportunity to visit Roanoke, Virginia, and present Saint Francis Service Dogs with a $6,000 donation to support the work they do in their community.
Formed in 1996, Saint Francis Service Dogs is the largest service dog organization in Virginia.
They place professionally trained service dogs to assist people with a wide range of disabilities, including autism, cerebral palsy, joint and/or muscular diseases, multiple sclerosis, brain injury, paralysis, rheumatoid arthritis, and many other conditions.
As PenAir grows, so does our commitment to giving back to the communities we’re proud to be part of. We’re grateful for the opportunity to support Saint Francis Service Dogs and help make a difference in Roanoke. 🐾
