We're excited to announce the launch of another Power Tools for Schools session, commencing this Friday, with a talented group of elementary students, dedicated staff, and supportive families.

Our program empowers students with essential life skills, including managing emotions, effective communication, responsible decision-making, and building lasting confidence. By acquiring these vital tools, students can experience transformative growth in behavior, relationships, and academic success. The impact of this program extends beyond the classroom, influencing students' personal lives, friendships, and everyday interactions. We're eager to witness the positive outcomes that will unfold and invite you to join us in this initiative. This program is a collaborative effort with Playful Pathways, LLC.

Meet Jacklyn!

Jacklyn Cargill Meyer, Resident in Counseling (VA), offers affirming, client-centered therapy for adolescents, adults, and couples. She specializes in trauma, OCD, relationship concerns, and works closely with neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ clients.
Trained in EMDR, ERP, and Level 2 Gottman Method, Jacklyn helps clients move through anxiety, process trauma, and build stronger, more connected relationships. 💛
