Behind every appointment, phone call, and patient visit is a dedicated team working together to keep our clinic running smoothly and compassionately.

Front Desk Receptionist and Office Manager:
Your first point of contact, welcoming patients, coordinating appointments, answering questions, and ensuring every visit starts with care and organization.

Registered Nurse:
Supporting clinical care, assisting providers, coordinating patient needs, and helping ensure safe, high-quality care at every step of treatment.

Nurse Practitioner Student:
Learning hands-on in a real clinical setting while contributing to patient care under supervision—bringing fresh energy, curiosity, and dedication to mental health care. We’re grateful for the opportunity to have a Nurse Practitioner student join our team this year and we hope we can provide as much value and learning as she brings to us. It’s an honor to support such a dedicated future provider.

Psyche NWA was founded by a husband-and-wife team, Matthew and Jahnneliz Jones, with a shared passion for helping individuals find balance, healing, and hope. Their goal was simple: create a practice where patients feel heard, valued, and supported throughout their mental health journey.

Today, Psyche NWA continues to grow while staying true to that mission—providing personalized psychiatric care with a focus on accessibility, connection, and whole-person wellness.

Psyche NWA will be closed Thursday and Friday. We are spending time with our families; many of you have probably heard our provider mention her excitement to take her daughters to the zoo.
