Fenway Health is closed today for Labor Day. All sites and pharmacy are closed, and we reopen tomorrow, Tuesday, September 8.

Today we are thinking of the people who make care possible: clinicians, pharmacists, patient services, researchers, and advocates, here and everywhere.

For a medical emergency, call 911.

This isn't just a fundraiser.

It's a celebration of every patient, researcher, advocate, volunteer, donor, clinician, and community member who has helped shape Fenway's story.

On October 3, we gather to honor what we've accomplished—and invest in what's next.

Many of the breakthroughs people take for granted today started right here.

From HIV prevention research to provider education and affirming healthcare, Fenway's impact stretches far beyond Boston.

On October 3, we'll celebrate the people who made that possible—and those helping write the next chapter.

A new federal rule restricts federal Medicaid and CHIP funding for some gender-affirming care for young people. Here's what it does, what it doesn't, and where to get help.

Gender-affirming care remains protected in Massachusetts. Existing state laws continue to protect access for patients and families in the Commonwealth. Circumstances like these are exactly why the Affirming Health Care Trust Fund exists. It was created to help people seeking gender-affirming care when federal support falls short.

We understand that policy changes like this can create uncertainty and concern. If you have questions about your care, medications, treatment plan or coverage, talk with your healthcare team. They can provide guidance based on your individual circumstances.
