SPECIALTIES: Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Life Transitions, ADHD, LGBTQIA+

MODALITIES: Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Motion Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

IDEAL CLIENT: Someone experiencing a life transition who appreciates the room to untangle difficult issues. Someone who, in their own time, learns to listen to their own “inner teacher” and act from that wisdom.
