So many of my clients experience difficulty with sleep. We have a number of strategies to help with this very important issue. Some of my clients have chosen to use cannabis to address their sleep concerns. This article reviews recent research on the intersections between REM cycles, memory, cannabis, and the functions of dreaming. Fascinating (at least to me) and timely.

Research suggests cannabis suppresses REM sleep, raising questions about memory, emotion and the purpose of dreams.
