Our Directors of Operations gathered this week in St. Pete, Florida, for our 2026 Director of Operations Summit, Charting the Course: Guided by Compassion. Driven by Performance.

Over two days, our leaders strengthened their skills, aligned around clear operational standards, and explored new ways to support our funeral homes, develop their teams, and drive meaningful growth. From preneed and promotion to service, leadership, and community outreach, every conversation centered on building stronger operations while continuing to deliver an exceptional experience for the families and communities we serve.

Mark Forney, Senior Market Director of Sales & Operations for Rolling's & Pinnacle Funeral Service, has been appointed to the Sales & Marketing Committee of the ICCFA - International Cemetery, Cremation and Funeral Association.

Forney brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in the funeral and cemetery profession, with an extensive background in multi-site operations leadership, sales development, financial oversight, and strategic growth initiatives. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for building high-performing teams, strengthening organizational culture, and implementing operational strategies that improve both service excellence and financial performance.

In his current role as Senior Market Director of Sales & Operations, Forney oversees regional operational and sales performance across multiple funeral home locations. He works closely with leadership teams to align market strategies with organizational objectives while fostering accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

“I am honored to join the ICCFA Sales & Marketing Committee and contribute to an organization that plays such an important role in advancing our profession,” said Forney. “The funeral and cemetery profession continues to evolve, and I look forward to collaborating with industry leaders to support innovation, education, and meaningful service to the families and communities we serve.”
