Elderberry season is loading… 🫐🌿

One of my favorite herbs to keep in rotation, especially as we head into the cooler months. Elderberry is rich in antioxidants and has traditionally been used to support immune health and overall wellness.

Whether it’s elderberry syrup, tea, or another preparation, this is one herb I love having in the home apothecary.

Market season has officially come to a pause for me. 🌿✨

As one season slows down, another one begins. I’m stepping into a new transition as I return to the workforce, and I’m excited to see what this next chapter brings.

BUT I’m not disappearing! 👀💜

Next Tuesday, I’ll be popping out at the Junior Achievement Teacher Appreciation Event! 🍎✨ After that… we’ll see where life takes me.
