Happy Fourth of July from the San Angelo Autism Center! 🇺🇸

As we celebrate Independence Day and the 250th anniversary of the United States, we extend our heartfelt wishes to all of our families, clients, staff, and the San Angelo community for a safe, happy, and meaningful Fourth of July.

This holiday is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate not only our nation's history but also the strength that comes from embracing and supporting one another. At the San Angelo Autism Center, we believe every individual deserves to be valued, included, and empowered to reach their full potential.

As you enjoy time with family and friends, we encourage everyone to remember that celebrations can look different for every child and every family. A little understanding, patience, and kindness can make all the difference.

Schedule Update

Please note the following changes to our schedule for the upcoming holiday week:

• Thursday, July 2nd – We will close early at 2:30 p.m. for a staff meeting and training.
➡️ No ABA sessions will be held from 2:30–4:30 p.m.

• Friday, July 3rd – The center will be closed all day in observance of the July 4th holiday.

We will resume normal operating hours after the holiday closure.

Rain or Shine, the Fun Never Stops at San Angelo Autism Center!

Our students had an amazing time at the Rain or Shine Splash Day! Under the canopy, there was plenty of splish, splash, laughter, and smiles as everyone enjoyed cooling off and making memories together.

At San Angelo Autism Center, we love creating opportunities for our students to learn, play, and experience joy in an environment where they feel safe, supported, and celebrated. Days like these remind us that a little rain can't stop a lot of fun!

What a splash-tastic day at the San Angelo Autism Center!

Our students enjoyed their very first Splash Day, and it was filled with smiles, laughter, and plenty of fun in the sun! From water games to splashing with friends, everyone had a chance to cool off, build social connections, and create wonderful memories together.

We are so proud of our students for embracing new experiences and making the most of this exciting summer activity. A huge thank you to our staff who helped make the day safe, enjoyable, and successful for everyone.
We can't wait for more summer adventures ahead!

Learning through play is one of our favorite ways to grow!

Our students had a wonderful time exploring creativity, problem-solving, and spatial awareness using colorful magnetic tiles. From designing people and shapes to working together on new creations, every activity helps build important cognitive, communication, and social skills in a fun and engaging way.

At San Angelo Autism Center, we love seeing imaginations come to life while our students learn, create, and connect with one another.

💦 Splash Days Are Coming! 💦

We’re excited to kick off Splash Days this Friday from 1:30 PM – 2:00 PM!

To ensure your child can participate, parents must:
✅ Return the liability form that was sent via email.
✅ Send all required splash day items with their child.

Students will not be able to participate without a completed liability form and the necessary items.

We can’t wait for some fun in the sun! ☀️💙💚

Happy Memorial Day from the San Angelo Autism Center

Today, we pause to honor and remember the brave servicemen and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country and our freedom. Their courage and dedication will never be forgotten.

We give heartfelt thanks to our fallen heroes and to the families who continue to carry their memory and legacy.

Wishing our community a safe, peaceful, and meaningful Memorial Day.
