Be the one.

The one who checks in. The one who listens. The one who notices. The one who reminds someone they’re not alone.

Our Su***de Prevention Awareness Month message made its next stop at the San Antonio Zoo as we continue taking these important reminders beyond our walls and into our community.

Sometimes one conversation, one connection, or one person willing to reach out can make a difference.

Be the one to save a life.

If you or someone you know is struggling with thoughts of su***de, call or text 988. The Su***de and Crisis Hotline will connect you with a trained crisis counselor who can help.

A little weekend view from Laurel Ridge.

Our campus offers spaces to step outside, slow down, and enjoy a change of scenery.

In behavioral health, the environment matters too. Having space for fresh air, quiet moments, and a break from the everyday can be an important part of the experience.

Wishing our San Antonio community a peaceful weekend.

Twenty-five years have passed, but we remember.

We remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the families whose worlds changed forever, the courage of the first responders who ran toward danger, and the service and sacrifice or our military members.

We remember the survivors, the loved ones left behind, and the countless lives forever shaped by that day.

Today, Laurel Ridge Treatment Center stands with our community and our nation in remembrance and reflection.

25 years later, we remember. We honor. We will never forget.

Last week, we took some time to recognize members of the Laurel Ridge team who continue to show up, stand out, and make a difference through Service Excellence and Trauma-Informed Care.

And we’re not done shining the spotlight on our team.

These moments are a great reminder that what makes Laurel Ridge special isn’t just the work we do. It’s the people doing it.

Congratulations to our Champions! We see you, we appreciate you, and we’re proud to have you on Team Laurel Ridge.

Different roles. Different contributions. One Laurel Ridge.

Today is World Su***de Prevention Day.

Behind every conversation about su***de prevention is a person, a family, a friend, a coworker or a loved one.

Check in. Listen without judgment. Take concerns seriously. Encourage connection and support. Most importantly, remind the people around you that they are not alone and that hope is possible.

If you or someone you know is struggling or experiencing a crisis, call or text 988.

Let’s change the narrative.

Suicidal thoughts aren’t always tied to a mental health disorder. They can emerge during periods of overwhelming stress, grief, isolation, major life changes or other difficult circumstances.

That’s why su***de prevention is everyone’s conversation.

We can reduce stigma by talking openly, listening without judgment and reminding people that asking for help is always an option.

You are not alone. Help is a phone call or text away at 988.

You matter. Here at the Pearl, and everywhere.

During Su***de Prevention Awareness Month, Laurel Ridge Treatment Center is taking messages of hope and connection beyond our walls and into the San Antonio community.

Sometimes the simplest message is the one someone needs to hear the most: You matter. Your story matters. And you are not alone.

If you or someone you know is struggling or experiencing a crisis, call or text 988 for support.

September is Su***de Prevention Awareness Month.

This month, Laurel Ridge Treatment Center joins communities across the country in raising awareness, encouraging meaningful conversations and helping change the narrative surrounding su***de.

Suicidal thoughts can affect anyone, and they are not always tied to a mental health disorder. Creating space for honest conversations, recognizing when someone may be struggling and reminding people that support is available can make a meaningful difference.

Throughout September, we’ll be sharing messages of awareness, hope and connection because no one should have to face their most difficult moments alone.

If you or someone you know is struggling or experiencing a crisis, call or text 988 to reach the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline.

This week, we had another opportunity to shine a spotlight on some of the incredible people who make Laurel Ridge what it is.

Congratulations to Gloria, Rosemary, Angela, Niki, Billy, and Edna! 🎉

Recognition like this is about more than a moment or a certificate. It’s about celebrating the people behind the work, the ones who show up each day, support one another, care for our patients, and help move Laurel Ridge forward.

We’re proud of our Champions and even more proud of the team and culture we’re building together. 💙
