The North Winds are blowing strong today in Ashland, ushering in ‘The Thinnest of Veils’.

The hungry season calls us to come feed our dearly beloved dead, those who gave us life to have LIFE.

Across many traditions, across cultures, this is the time of the year to venerate your ancestors; this is the time when the portal opens and their whispers can be heard.

On October 30th - November 1st, I extend this invitation to join a weekend of Family Constellation, where we will collectively build a community ancestral altar, bathed by sacred sound therapy as we heal traumas, dramas and dysfunctional behaviours of our relatives.

This private event is being held at the beautiful Old Siskiyou Barn and promises to be a potent moment to do your ancestral work by allowing the dearly departed to feel the warmth of candle fires, food, song, and
remembrance.

The evening before Mother’s Day and your i n n e r child is calling…

So we created a nurturing event for everyone, not just the mothers (to which we owe everything!!) to soothe your soul💆🏽‍♀️💆🏼 And if the lingering effects carry into your Mother’s Day, that’s kind of our hope!

Join us for an intimate restorative sound healing, with guided meditation, deep breathing, and community gathering. A symphony of gongs, ocean drum, and crystal instruments are reiki-infused and used in-motion as they surround and guide you into a deep state of relaxation. Played within inches from listeners, each instrument sends the sound vibrations deep into the body channels, opening blockages & allowing the mind to rest.

The somatic impact of sound on the body is undeniable, with lasting effects that improve emotional wellness and cognition. Linger in the serene spells after the session and make some new friends.
