There's a common belief that fillers only work for small indentations and once under eye bags are prominent, surgery is the only option.
That's simply not true.
In many cases, under eye bags are made worse by a lack of support around the eye, not excess tissue alone.
By supporting the midface and cheekbone, and using filler to smooth the transition from the orbit to the cheek, we can often soften the appearance of bags.
When we understand where structure is missing and place support correctly, revitalization without surgery is possible.
Under eye bags aren't always a surgical problem. They're often a planning problem.
