Bluebell season in West Woods is a magical time. I used to look forward to it every year. If I close my eyes I can transport myself back there - the colors, the smells and the forest sounds.

Feelings of joy, serenity, calmness or serenity maybe fleeting, seasonal or short-lived, but if you have experienced them then you have the ability to recall and grow these feelings via imagination, felt sense and sense memories and create similar moments.

Making changes or doing anything when you feel depressed can seem overwhelming - like looking at a giant wall.

One foot in front of the other.
Bit by bit.
One day at a time.

Smelling your coffee, breathing in fresh air when you go outside, exhaling when you get into your car, enjoying your first bite of breakfast in the morning, stopping to enjoy a view etc.
