June is Pride Month, a time to celebrate the strength, resilience, and authenticity of the LGBTQ+ community.

At The Meadows, we believe healing happens when people feel safe, supported, and empowered to be their full selves. We are committed to providing inclusive, affirming care that honors the unique experiences and identities of every individual we serve.

This month, we celebrate Pride and reaffirm our commitment to creating spaces where everyone feels seen, valued, and supported.

🌈 Happy PRIDE!

June is PTSD Awareness Month, a time to increase understanding, reduce stigma, and recognize the strength of those living with the effects of trauma.

For 50 years, The Meadows has been at the forefront of trauma treatment, helping individuals uncover the roots of emotional pain and find a path toward lasting healing. Today, that commitment continues through specialized programs like Unbroken, which provides culturally competent care designed specifically for active-duty military personnel, veterans, and first responders.
While this month helps shine a light on PTSD, our dedication to supporting those impacted by trauma extends far beyond June. Every day, we work to create opportunities for healing, resilience, and recovery.

If you or someone you love is struggling, know that support is available and healing is possible.

As Military Appreciation Month and Mental Health Awareness Month come to a close, we want the conversation, awareness, and support to continue far beyond May.

From the beginning of service, many are taught to push through, stay strong, and never say “I can’t.” Over time, that can lead to isolation, shame, and feeling disconnected from the pack.

In this video, Erie shares why vulnerability can feel so difficult after service, and why finding your tribe can be such a powerful part of healing.

At Unbroken at The Meadows, we believe connection, community, and being understood by others with shared experiences can make all the difference.

Who’s in your tribe?

We joined Arizona's Family this Memorial Day to talk about Unbroken at The Meadows, our specialized treatment program designed for veterans, active-duty military, first responders, and their families.

In this segment, William Reynolds, PA-C LCDR USN (Ret.), Program Director of Unbroken at The Meadows and a 30-year U.S. Navy veteran, shares insight into the lasting impact of trauma, PTSD, addiction, and the stigma that often keeps many from seeking help.

The conversation highlights the importance of culturally competent care and how trauma-focused treatment, peer support, and connection can help service members and first responders find healing and recovery after service.

We are honored to support active-duty military, veterans, first responders, and their loved ones in accessing expert care and lasting healing.

Our care is guided by a comprehensive, integrated model designed to address the root of what you’re experiencing, not just the symptoms. From trauma and mental health to addiction and co-occurring disorders, every part of you and your story matters.

Our holistic approach combines clinical expertise, neuroscience, experiential therapies, community connection, and personalized care because lasting healing happens when the whole person is supported.

You’re not alone. Healing is possible, and help is available.
