Five rounds. One breath per movement. Less than 10 minutes. ☀️

Sun Salutations — Surya Namaskar — are one of yoga’s most complete ways to begin the day.

You move the spine through different ranges.
You coordinate movement with breath.
You wake up major muscle groups.
You build heat gradually.
And most importantly, you begin the morning inside your body instead of immediately inside your thoughts.

But don’t race through the sequence.

Move slowly enough to notice each transition. Let the breath set the pace.

🌿 New to the practice? Start with 3 rounds.
🌿 Building consistency? Try 5 rounds.
🌿 Want a longer ritual? Gradually work toward 12.

The number matters less than returning to the practice consistently.

Speed is not the point. Presence is.

Your hands can become an anchor for your attention. 🤲🌿

Mudras are traditional yogic hand gestures used alongside meditation, breathwork, and stillness to give the mind a simple point of focus.

Save these 5 as your daily reference:

✨ Gyan Mudra — when you want clarity and focus
✨ Shuni Mudra — when you want patience and steadiness
✨ Prana Mudra — when you want to cultivate energy
✨ Apana Mudra — when you want to ground and release
✨ Dhyana Mudra — when you want stillness and meditation

You don’t need to force a particular feeling.

Choose the mudra that matches what you need, sit comfortably, soften your breath, and give yourself a few quiet minutes.

Sometimes the smallest shift in the body becomes a doorway back to presence. 💚

Which state do you need most right now?

1 — Clarity
2 — Patience
3 — Energy
4 — Release
5 — Stillness

Your hips aren’t always asking for a deeper stretch.

Sometimes they’re asking for time. 🌿

Pigeon Pose is one of those shapes that can feel very different when you stop forcing it and simply stay.

Bring one shin forward.
Extend the opposite leg back.
Keep the hips as level as you comfortably can.
Fold forward.
Breathe slowly.

Stay for 4–5 minutes on each side if it feels supportive — and back out if you feel sharp pain, numbness, or pinching.

The goal isn’t to “break open” the hips.

It’s to give the muscles around the pelvis enough time to soften, the breath enough time to deepen, and the body enough time to stop bracing.

Your hips are not failing you.

They may simply need consistency, patience, and less force.

👇 Where do you notice stress most: hips, shoulders, jaw, or back?

Tag someone who always says their hips are tight. 💚

Before the phone. Before the coffee. Before the day starts asking things from you.

Give your spine 2 minutes. 🌿

Move slowly through Cat–Cow with your breath:

Inhale — soften the belly, lift the chest and tailbone.
Exhale — round the spine, tuck the chin, press the floor away.

No rushing. No forcing.

Just 10 slow rounds to bring movement back into a body that has been still all night.

Your morning doesn’t need to start stiff. It just needs a few intentional breaths and a little movement before everything else begins.

Save this for tomorrow morning. 💚

It’s not about looking different in the pose it’s about feeling different - and the slightest change can make the biggest impact...

✔️More stability
✔️Better alignment to prevent injury
✔️Less pressure on your joints
✔️Better muscle engagement
✔️Enhanced relaxation or sensation

Try these adjustments in your next practice ✨

Can you do it?

Your tongue and jaw are deeply connected to your nervous system, so when you slow this down with your breath, your body starts getting the signal that it’s safe to soften.

I believe when we’re in that regulated calm state, the magic happens 🪄

Let me know how you felt below. If you have a tongue tie don’t worry, always go gentle when doing these exercises. 💜

Child’s Pose is easy to underestimate because it looks like “doing nothing.”

But sometimes doing less is exactly what your nervous system needs.

Fold in. Let your forehead rest. Soften the jaw. Let the shoulders drop.

Stay for 90 seconds without trying to improve the pose.

No flexibility required.
No experience required.
No performance required.

Just breathe and give your body a chance to come down from the day. 🌿

Save this for the next time you feel overstimulated, tense, or mentally exhausted.

Legs Up the Wall looks almost too simple to matter.

But sometimes the body doesn’t need another intense practice.

It needs stillness, support, and enough time to soften. 🌙

Lie close to a wall, let your legs rest upward, soften your jaw, close your eyes, and breathe slowly through your nose.

Stay for 5–10 minutes and notice what changes when you stop asking your body to perform.

No forcing.
No stretching harder.
No complicated sequence.

Just let the wall hold the weight for you. 💚

Save this for tonight.

Tag someone who needs 10 quiet minutes before bed.
