This dynamic, heat-building class is designed for students who crave movement and challenge. Expect a flowing sequence that links breath to motion, creating a moving meditation while elevating your heart rate and building strength.
We’ll move through creative, intelligently sequenced flows that incorporate sun salutations, standing poses, balancing postures, inversions, and core work. You can anticipate plenty of opportunities to play with arm balances, deeper backbends, and hip openers, all woven together with smooth transitions and mindful breath. The pace is energetic and athletic, but modifications are always offered so you can meet your body where it is.
This class will leave you feeling strong, energized, sweaty, and centered—perfect for releasing stress while boosting endurance and flexibility.
