PILATES RING WORKSHOP
Join us Saturday, May 30th from 1:30–3:00 PM for a beginner friendly 90 minute workshop designed to help you feel confident using the Pilates ring for strength, stability, posture, and core connection. You’ll learn simple, effective movements for the core, upper body, and lower body with guided instruction, modifications, and hands on support throughout the session.
Led by Harmony, Steff, and Kathryn, this workshop is perfect for all levels, whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice.
$40 per person.
