Today, we're celebrating a very special milestone as GC Alyssa and IPs H & P reached their 20-week anatomy scan.

The anatomy scan is one of the most anticipated appointments of pregnancy - a reassuring reminder of just how far this journey has come and all the beautiful moments still ahead. For H & P, each milestone brings them one step closer to holding the baby they've long dreamed of. And for Alyssa, her compassion and commitment continue to make that dream possible.

Today, we are honored to celebrate the birth of a beautiful baby girl and the incredible journey that brought her here. Congratulations to the proud intended parents and to their amazing gestational carrier, Abbi.

This journey was especially meaningful because it was rooted in years of friendship, trust, and love. To witness Abbi step forward in such a truly altruistic way for dear friends has been nothing short of inspiring. Her selflessness, strength, and generosity are a beautiful reminder of what it means to show up for the people we love in the most extraordinary way.

Mother’s Day can hold so many different emotions.

Today, we honor the mothers, grandmothers, intended mothers, birth mothers, gestational carriers, and all of the women who have helped make families possible. We also hold space for those still waiting, those grieving, and those whose path to motherhood has looked different than they imagined.

At Dakota Surrogacy, we are constantly reminded that motherhood is built through love, hope, sacrifice, courage, and connection. To every woman who has played a role in helping create or nurture life, we celebrate you today.

Infertility is more than a diagnosis or a setback. It is the waiting, hoping, heartbreak, uncertainty, and quiet strength it takes to keep moving forward.

This week, and every week, we are thinking of those navigating IVF, loss, failed cycles, difficult news, and the question of what comes next. We see you, and we hold so much respect for your strength.

We are searching for an experienced gestational carrier for one of our intended parents, Sara.

Sara has been through an incredibly difficult journey and is now hoping for the chance to welcome the child she and her husband once dreamed of together. Before undergoing treatment for ovarian cancer, they were able to create embryos. Since then, Sara has also experienced the heartbreaking loss of her husband. With the love and support of both her family and his, she is now ready to move forward with hope.

Because she has one PGT-A tested euploid embryo, this journey is especially meaningful, and she is hoping to match with an experienced gestational carrier who feels called to help her become a mother.
