Meet Kyle!!!! He is a Registered Behavior Technician who is passionate about helping children build confidence, develop meaningful life skills, and reach their full potential. He enjoys creating a positive and engaging environment where every child can learn, grow, and feel supported. Outside of work, Kyle is a published screenwriter who loves storytelling, creativity, and movies. He is also an ordained minister and proud pet dad. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, writing, and finding new ways to be creative. He is excited to be part of the SOS Southaven team and make a difference in the lives of the children and families he serves!

Hi! I’m Tylar Skinner, an RBT with a passion for helping children learn, grow, and thrive through play in a natural environment setting in addition to 1:1 sessions. When I’m not at the clinic, you’ll usually find me spending time with my son, laughing with family and friends, or getting lost in a good book.

I love bringing positivity, patience, and a little humor to each day. The most rewarding part of my job is seeing the progress our clients make and knowing that the relationships we build through play/1:1 session time help create meaningful, lasting change. I feel incredibly fortunate to be part of each child’s journey and celebrate every milestone along the way.

My name is Quita, and I have been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for the past four years. I have over eight years of experience working with children and have always been passionate about helping them build confidence, develop independence, and become the best versions of themselves. One of my favorite parts of my role is building meaningful relationships with families and collaborating closely with parents to ensure each child has a strong support system of people who genuinely care about their success. I believe every child deserves the tools and encouragement needed to thrive both in and outside of therapy.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my daughter, making special memories with her and my partner. I also love cooking, baking sweet treats, and traveling with my family whenever we have the opportunity.

We would like to take this time to introduce you to Eddie Kircher of Eddie Kircher Construction. He is our Landlord for this beautiful space at 7300 Airways Blvd in Southaven, MS. We started working with Eddie in 2024 to help us find a building and build out the perfect space for our center. He supported our efforts and helped us bring SOS Southaven to life. Meet Ashley K.!!!!! Ashley made a decision to become a part of ABA therapy to help children who are often misunderstood or mistreated due to challenges with functional communication and behaviors. She is very passionate about helping children develop the skills they need to express themselves, build independence, and improve their quality of life. She feels rewarded by seeing the progress they make and knowing how she played a role in helping them succeed. Outside of work, Ashley is a mom to 3 boys who love to spend time with her and ask questions about her career.

She is deeply committed to helping children achieve greater independence in their daily life skills while simultaneously empowering families with the tools they need to ensure their children's long-term success. Ashley was originally born and raised in Chicago, she brings a hardworking and resilient spirit to her work. Beyond her professional life, she is the proud mother of a beautiful pre-teen daughter and the wife of her high-school sweetheart. In her free time, she finds joy and relaxation in crafting, binge-watching thought-provoking documentaries, and , most importantly, cherishing quality time spent with family and friends.

Every child deserves a night to just let loose, dance, and shine in a place where they feel completely accepted.

This year's 2026 Autism Prom was nothing short of magical. Across the country, our centers either booked venues, or transformed into the ultimate judgment-free celebration party-zones! Traditional events can sometimes be loud and overwhelming, which is why we created a space tailored specifically for our neurodivergent community to celebrate on their own terms.

From the bubble machines and sensory-friendly dance floors to the amazing outfits, face painting, and family smiles, it was an unforgettable night. Seeing our kids simply having fun and making memories without a worry in the world is exactly why we do what we do.
