Spokane Sport & Spine is the south hill clinic of Dr. Ryan Johnson is the former team chiropractor for the Spokane Shock & Spokane Empire. With many years of private practice experience and many seasons of sports medicine experience, there is not much he has not seen with regards to musculoskeletal injuries. In addition to his clinical degree Dr. Johnson holds a masters degree in Sports & Exercise

Science form University of Western States He also has several certifications geared to assist in helping his patients feel better and move better. Some of these certifications include:

Yep, that sounds about right!

But in all seriousness friends that was the hardest physical thing I have ever done. So thank you to all who cheered me on and I’m thankful to know a place I can go to start my recovery for my sore body.

I make it just 1k shy of the summit but I couldn’t be prouder of what I accomplished Saturday (my 44th bday) This was incredibly hard and we had a storm roll in on us fast and furious with winds of 75+mph and I knew I couldn’t continue (watch video with sound I share that at the end of my reel and that video captures the exact moment I knew I was on my final push then glissading down)

Parking is going to be brutal today and Thursday friends please do your best to park and know this construction means a beautiful updated parking lot. Please see this map for date and location of repairs and honestly it may be best to park across 57th and access us by crossing the crosswalk.
