Zinc tip from your pharmacist

You can find zinc in foods like oysters, beef, poultry, beans, nuts, and whole grains.

Taking a supplement? Keep these in mind:
- Some antibiotics don't absorb well when taken with zinc. Ask your pharmacist how to space them.
- More isn't always better. Taking too much zinc long term can cause other problems.
