In this month’s newsletter, Dr. Beth explains why inflammation may be affecting your pain, stiffness, and recovery more than you realize.

While inflammation is often viewed as something harmful, the body actually needs the right kind of inflammation to heal. The problem happens when inflammation becomes chronic and never fully shuts off, contributing to joint pain, fatigue, tissue degeneration, and accelerated aging.

Dr. Beth also discusses how regenerative therapies like EMTT and Shockwave Therapy may help support the body’s healing process by improving circulation, reducing scar tissue, and encouraging healthier tissue repair.

Happy Memorial Day from all of us at HouseFit

Today we join the nation in honoring and remembering the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice is the reason we are able to enjoy the freedoms and opportunities we have today, and we are deeply grateful for their courage, dedication, and service.

While many of us gather with family and friends this weekend, we also take a moment to reflect on the true meaning of this day and to express our respect for those who are no longer with us but will never be forgotten.

In observance of Memorial Day, HouseFit will be closed. We will resume normal hours following the holiday. Wishing everyone a safe, peaceful, and meaningful Memorial Day.
