☠️ Endocrine disruptors aren’t just in plastics and pesticides… they’re hiding in your receipts, clothes, and even your tap water. This is causing delayed puberty in boys, early menstruation in girls, endocrine cancers, infertility, and so much more.

These chemicals mimic or block your hormones - disrupting your thyroid, adrenals, and reproductive health. And it’s becoming more and more prevalent.

What’s lurking:
💳 Receipts = BPA/BPS
🚰 Tap Water = chlorine, hormone residue
🌸 Fragrance = synthetic estrogen-like chemicals
🧺 Detergents = hormone-mimicking surfactants
🌬 Air fresheners = formaldehyde + endocrine disruptors
👕 Clothing = flame retardants + PFAS

🧼 Clean swaps matter.
Flood your body with minerals, real food, and gut support. Your hormones will thank you.

Comment ENDO below and I will send you a free guide to empower you to make the best healthy swaps for yourself, your family and your health. Hormones matter. You matter. Don’t fear the endocrine disruptors. Learn to overcome them.

We jumped to get an experimental vaccine. We were fearful. And with that comes hasty decisions.

Now we’re dealing with the fallout. Now we’re seeing the actual long term side effects, one of them being cardiac arrest in kids.

Over the last dew years, we have watched healthy athletes drop dead. The evidence is now showing that in adolescence, the mRNA COVID-19 vaccines can cause myocarditis (inflammation of the heart muscle) or pericarditis (inflammation of the lining around the heart). This is a real and recognized side effect, and our youth are the biggest statistic.

My kids school district is now requiring heart testing prior to joining any sport. While this is a great idea, we wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for mandating an experimental vaccine.

It’s something I’ve noticed over and over again. Someone starts making changes to their diet or begins using a natural supplement. They get a mild headache, feel a little more tired for a day, or notice changes in their digestion and immediately assume something is wrong.

Yet many of those same people have taken medications with pages of potential side effects, including serious warnings, without asking nearly as many questions.

I’m not saying pharmaceuticals don’t have a place. They absolutely can. And I’m not saying every symptom during a natural health program is a “healing reaction”…sometimes it’s a sign that something should be adjusted or stopped. But most of the time it’s a sign the brilliant body is doing its job!

What I am saying is this: we should bring the same level of curiosity, discernment, and informed decision-making to everything we put into our bodies.

Instead of asking, “Is this natural or pharmaceutical?” ask:
• Why am I taking this?
• What are the potential benefits?
• What are the potential risks?
• Is this reaction expected, temporary, or something I should discuss with my practitioner?

Nature isn’t automatically safe. Pharmaceuticals aren’t automatically harmful. Both deserve respect, education, and thoughtful consideration.

The goal isn’t to fear one and blindly trust the other. The goal is to become an informed advocate for your own health. But I noticed time and time again that people will come to me on a laundry list of pharmaceuticals. They never question the depletion, the side effects, the harm it’s causing. But they have anxiety over a tiny symptom using a God-given herb. Sometimes that fear creates the reaction rather than the herb itself.

God makes no mistakes. Our planet is covered with solutions to even the worst of ailments. And I can confidently tell you, the vast majority of them do not come from pharmaceuticals.

We are not deficient in chemicals. We are deficient in nature. Yet we fear nature more than we do chemicals.

13 days without my baby boy. It’s hard.

Even though I know he’s safe, he’s happy, he’s loved, and he’s finally getting the support he needs… my heart and my mind live in two completely different places.

This photo came up in my memories today. Last year, the girls were competing on the international stage in Taekwondo. When I found out there was a special needs division, I made sure Noah could go too.

His behaviors were already difficult then, but he was still smaller. We still spent parts of that trip locking the girls in the hotel bathroom for their safety while we managed another meltdown. It wasn’t easy then either.

We flew my mom in to help and it took three adults to manage him. But we survived the week. We made memories. And also realized, we cannot do that again!

At this point, I was still running a successful business, my parents moved down to Florida, my kids were thriving, my health was great. It’s crazy how much can change in a year.

But today, to be completely honest, I feel like I’m standing at rock bottom. This past year has taken almost everything I thought my life would look like. And I won’t sit here and be fake to any of you. Not for money. Not for pride. Life sucks lately. A lot.

I wanted Noah to heal. I wanted him home. I wanted my daughters to feel safe. I wanted my parents here with their grandkids. I wanted to continue serving people through my business while protecting my own health. I wanted that financial stability for my kids. I was holding on for dear life at this point and all of the pieces started to fall apart.

Truthfully; the only reason I keep moving is because my kids still need their mom. I have nothing else motivating me.

I am done trying to hold up a life that’s already fallen apart. It’s time to start building one that can actually withstand the storms. I don’t know what that looks like - I’m not there yet. I’m still grieving. Still healing. Still putting one foot in front of the other - even when I don’t want to move at all. Rock bottom isn’t the end. It’s the rebuild. I can only hope and pray I look back at this post a year from now and can say “I made it”.

LIES LIES LIES!!!! I can’t help but wonder what’s ahead when we encourage the world to avoid the exact thing that will protect our terrain: an abduance of fresh fruits and veggies.

This fear mongering is ridiculous. I am here to help. I made a short guide with some facts and tools to help you through this “outbreak”. And remember, according to the CDC, an “outbreak” is when two or more people are infected.

We got this! We will get through this. Don’t let the fear overtake you!

Comment BUG and I’ll send you the free guide. I don’t use a bot to do my work. I’ll message you personally, so don’t worry if it isn’t instant. I love talking to you all. Check your DM, I’ll be there!
