Update:

For massage clients-

First, I want to apologize to everyone thats had to have their sessions changed lately. I came back from vacation with a horrible sinus infection, that then managed to turn into a deep chest cold and cough. I am still fighting that.

Secondly, I have been struggling while adjusting to a medication I started a little bit ago. Unfortunately, on top of the chest cold, this medication has taken me for a loop- especially the last few days. And in the sake of honesty, this has been both physically and mentally.

I have been doing my best to...well.. be my best 🫶 I do not hold lightly the effects of my availability, and lack thereof, lately. I hate sending the texts, as I am sure you hate receiving them. I apologize with the DEEPEST regards. I truly appreciate those that have been so understanding and patient. Your kind words, well wishes, and prayers are appreciated, then and here forward.

With this being said, I am going to limit my schedule a little. I will be reserving two days a week off for myself. I have not decided what days that will be yet. Tonight, I will not figure that out as I am doctors ordered to find a way to relax myself. (Ironic isnt it? My whole business is relaxing 🤣) This evening my BP skyrocketed unfortunately 😩
This is a reminder to you all and I alike, how important self care and just taking care of yourself truly is.

I will update here when I have decided what days work best for us to not have scheduled sessions. I will do my best to make this shift as accommodating as I can and hopefully not interfere with regulars preferred sessions.

I do not want this post to alarm anyone or anyone to feel that I am not "up" for scheduled sessions. I just wanted be open and honest about why the future change in massage schedules will be, a "heads up" notice so no one is thrown off, and my sincerest apologies.

I can only be my best for you all, if I am also at my best. ❤️

Good Morning Everyone!

I will be reaching out this afternoon to reschedule any sessions that had to be missed/temporarily canceled! I thank you all for your understanding!

Unfortunately, my youngest son broke his arm. He managed to break both his radius and ulna 😭

Please say a prayer for my little man. He hasnt been able to sleep well. His cast is pretty much up his entire arm..

Again, THANK YOU to everyone that had to miss their sessions so I could be by his side. Your patience is so very appreciated!

Hello Everyone!

Lately, I have been experiencing quite a few late arrivals. Please try to be courteous with the time of your sessions. I do try to leave "wiggle room" in between clients but it is not always the case. Depending on how late you are, it can truly compromise your session 😕
Some sessions really cannot stay the scheduled session AND have a reduced time.

Please try to arrive 5-10 minutes early- ESPECIALLY if you are a new client so I can review your intake and answer any questions ❤️
