TOMORROW // What better way to round out Meditation Month than with a 30 minute guided meditation class?
Melany will introduce you to the meditation style you’ll be learning (yes, there are many!) then lead you through a 15-20 minute guided session.
Whether you’re brand new to meditation, have an established routine, or are looking to get back into it, this session will offer a welcoming space to build or deepen your practice.
