Our Culinary Tour of the World continues! 🌺 This week, residents enjoyed a taste of Hawaii with a special visit to King’s Hawaiian. Along with sampling delicious Hawaiian-inspired foods, we explored Hawaiian culture, learned a few Hawaiian phrases, and discovered traditions that make the islands so unique. Today our residents explored a fascinating art technique called Paint Pulling! This creative process challenged them to think differently, experiment with color, and embrace the unexpected beauty that happens when art takes its own direction.

Art is so much more than making something pretty—it stimulates the brain, encourages problem-solving, builds confidence, and provides an outlet for self-expression. Trying new techniques keeps us learning, growing, and discovering that creativity has no age limit.

The smiles, surprises, and beautiful creations that emerged today were a wonderful reminder that sometimes the most rewarding experiences come from stepping outside our comfort zones and simply creating. 🎨✨
