EXCITING NEWS!!

When I return from maternity leave in November I will be at a new office! I am moving to the Cooley Building in Brigham City. We were able to renovate the room and I think it looks pretty great! It’s not quite done yet, and will be decorated and lit a bit more.
Now that I’m feeling better from having my baby boy, I’ll get back to making it a beautiful and relaxing space to serve my clients. I can’t wait to get back to work and to show off my new office space!
If everything goes according to plan, I should be able to start taking clients the first week of November. I’ll keep all my regulars posted on that and I’ll announce when I’m officially back as well.

These pictures are the before, during and after (but still not 100% done). Thanks to my family for helping me while I was pregnant, especially my husband who did all the electrical work!

These gentle treatments can reduce swelling, support your body’s natural healing process, improve comfort, and help you recover more efficiently.

The first 1–2 weeks after surgery are the most important, so I offer post-op packages to reserve your first five treatments. And if you’re local, I’ll come to your home so you can focus on resting instead of driving.

I’m so excited to share that I just completed my Lymph Drainage Therapy 2 certification through The Chikly Health Institute! 🤍

This advanced training focused on pathological pathways and manual lymphatic mapping, and it has expanded the ways I can support the body through healing, recovery, and restoration.

With this level of certification, I am now qualified to work with:
• Breast tissue and breast health support
• Pre and post surgical care
• Early stages of lymphedema
• Scar tissue and fluid congestion
• Swelling, inflammation, and immune support
• Lymphatic rerouting techniques
• And many other complex lymphatic concerns

The lymphatic system plays such a huge role in healing, detoxification, inflammation, and overall wellness, and I’m incredibly honored to continue learning deeper ways to support the body naturally and intentionally.
