💙💛 Cheers to 11 years!! 💛💙
It’s enlightening to look back over the past 11 years and to reflect on our changes at Choice, and this year we did so through the lens of our growing kids!
Dom (2014), Cora (2016), & Capri (2021) have been along for this ride and today it hit home when Dom was dropped off at Campbell Ave to help out on the floor.. when Joe and I were treating at different clinics. These are the same floors he crawled and learned to walk on when we were just opening our doors in 2015!
We love how they know our team and feel a part of the team.
We talk about important meetings we’re having, milestones we’ve reached, annual reviews we’re preparing, off site meetings, team building events, clinic openings, new team members, leaving team members, when times are challenging, and when times are smooth. They see it all, and we are proud of what they see.
As Dom walked into the clinic today he said, “It’s going to be fun, Dad, but I know I’ll be working hard.” He came out smiling ear to ear and after telling us about the different tasks he learned, he said, “It was the best day, I think I made a difference.”
That resonated with us.
At Choice, we can say with 100% certainty, every person on our team makes a difference each day we arrive at work. No task too small or role so big matters more than the other, and together we make a difference.
We are grateful to everyone along this journey, especially Dom, Cora, and Capri who are our special little CPT Team Members!
