We recently took time to recognize the incredible chefs and Food & Nutrition Services teams who bring creativity, passion, and care to every meal served across our hospitals. At St. Joseph’s Hospital, Chef Diana and her talented team treated staff to a crowd-favorite guacamole bar featuring fresh guacamole, seasoned chips, and homemade salsa. The festivities also included delicious cakes and heartfelt notes of appreciation for our culinary teams.

At St. Mary’s Hospital, we celebrated Executive Chef Roberto Ortiz, whose nearly two decades of culinary expertise and passion for the craft continue to make a difference every day. Inspired by his grandmother, Chef Roberto believes that cooking is an art form that combines aroma, flavor, purpose, and experience.
