Collaboration, learning, and growth were on full display at our 2026 Marketing Team Sales Seminar!

Led by our Marketing Director, Laura, team members from our Tucson, Phoenix, and Las Vegas markets came together to strengthen our sales strategy, refine territory planning, and deepen our understanding of the Sales Cycle: Connect → Discovery → Provide Solutions → Close & Follow Up.

One of the most impactful discussions focused on the neuroscience behind human behavior and economics. We explored how trust, safety, energy matching, and meaningful human connection influence every interaction. From understanding the role of the limbic system to recognizing how first impressions and non-verbal communication shape relationships, we reinforced an important truth: successful sales begins with authentic connection.

Today we’re proud to recognize Sharon Olbeter, BSN-RN, our Site Director in Phoenix, for the dedication, leadership, and consistency she brings to our team every day. Sharon is someone who can always be counted on to see things through, ensuring that every detail is handled with care and every task is completed to the highest standard.

Her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence have made a lasting impact on both her team and the patients we serve. No matter how much is on her plate, Sharon approaches every challenge with focus, determination, and professionalism.

In addition to leading our Phoenix team, Sharon was instrumental in launching Dependable’s Licensed Health Aide (LHA) Program, an innovative program that helps parents and close family members become licensed caregivers for their own children with disabilities. Through this program, families can receive training, support, and compensation while providing personalized care in the comfort of their homes. Sharon’s expertise, guidance, and passion have helped countless families navigate the process and create customized plans of care tailored to their child’s unique needs.

Sharon’s impact extends beyond our offices and into the lives of the families we serve. Her professional knowledge, combined with her personal experience as a parent of a child with special needs, allows her to bring a level of compassion, understanding, and advocacy that is truly exceptional. 🍕🌙 Celebrating the incredible night shift CNAs at Haven Health Tucson during CNA Week! 🌙🍕

This week, we had the honor of treating our hardworking night shift CNAs to Barro's Pizza as a small token of appreciation for the extraordinary care they provide every day and every night.

CNAs are often the first smile, the comforting presence, the helping hand, and the reassuring voice that bring dignity, comfort, and hope to those who need it most. Their compassion, dedication, and servant hearts make an immeasurable difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

The work isn't always easy, but our CNAs continue to show up with strength, patience, professionalism, and kindness. They are truly the backbone of patient care, and we are grateful for the sacrifices they make and the excellence they bring to their work.
