This gathering is truly being created from the heart, and due to the high cost of materials, time, and energy put into the experience, we must have a minimum of 10 paid attendees for the event to take place.

If minimum attendance is not met, the event will unfortunately need to be canceled.

This conversation is invaluable in my experience. It’s not to invalidate our own experiences. It’s to understand the larger context of what happened.

The pain & resentments towards my biological parents & the care takers who became my bonus parents was my choice to forgive when I was able to see them through the eyes of compassion. They gave me what they could give me from what the had, knew & understood. As an adult it was my responsibility to sift through all of the pain & trauma so that I could learn to re-parent myself with the tender nurturance I need.

There’s no one to blame. No more shame or guilt. Instead I get to lead my life with gratitude, appreciation, acceptance, grace, wisdom, discernment & love.

It’s Fear-less Friday, where loving more & fearing less is highly encouraged!

In fearing less I have a confession to make. I’ve been fearful of publicly sharing on social platforms my story. I realize that my story is not just mine, it is also my mothers’ story. Yes you read that right, plural I’ve had many mothers! And for some of you, your story too. Growing up all I ever heard about my mother was that she abandoned me. Not once was my father included in that; he too was responsible for his children. Yet, that’s not the point I aim to make.

This is a longer video than usual, which has also been a challenge for me on these platforms, so here it is.

There is truly purpose in the pain, and only we hold the power to alchemize our pain & fears.

Fear is a part of life! There’s no eradicating it, rather it’s understanding it and learning how to transform it so that our lives are not controlled by it.

There’s so much to unpack, and so there’s so much more to come!
