1 year ago we were starting to put the finishing touches to our office space as the construction of our half walls were getting completed!

It is insane how quick a year can go by. Looking back I have learned so much this past year in a half since I decided I was going to make the jump into opening my own practice. I have grown and changed so much in this past year.

One thing that will never change is our passion to provide chiropractic care to our community. Life gets busy, it always finds a way. Donā€™t look in the mirror and think you canā€™t make changes in your life. The best version of you and your family is out there, you just need to build up some momentum to capture it. That is what we are here to help do for our patients. We canā€™t wait to discover the new successes and wins for our patients in this upcoming year!

Hoping everyone has a great Labor Day weekend coming up here! We will be closed on Monday but will be open regular business hours Friday and Saturday to get you prepared for the long weekend!

That is what we are here for! Counteracting the daily stress, that way you can do the good stress, spend time with family, travel, and barbecue, without having to slow down or miss out.
