Our seniors have left a lasting impact on our program, and we are so proud of everything they have accomplished. We can’t wait to see where their next chapter takes them.

⚾️We’re looking for volunteer coaches for our Vacaville Junior Giants Baseball & Softball Program! 🥎

No coaching experience? No problem! We’re looking for positive role models who want to help create a fun and supportive environment for local youth.

🌟Student of the Month Spotlight🌟

In the month of May, we’re proud to have recognized our PAL Kid, Joe Gutierrez, and our PAL Teen, Hector Vidales! 🎉

Joe has demonstrated his ability to be kind to peers, show a positive attitude, and always lend a helping hand to others. ⭐️

Hector has demonstrated his ability to be respectful, responsible, and serve as a great role model among his peers. 👏

We’re incredibly grateful for the hard work and participation that both Joe and Hector bring to PAL! 🎉

This morning our PAL Staff participated with the Vacaville Police Department in the Special Olympics Northern California Law Enforcement Torch Run! 👮‍♂️🔥

We ran 5 miles from Leisure Town all the way to the Vacaville Police Department in support of Special Olympics athletes and inclusion for all.

Definitely lots of laughs, cramps, sore legs, and teamwork today, but we were so lucky to be part of something so meaningful. 💙

P.S. We are still looking for Miss Breecett’s shoe 👟 and Miss Melissa is still running 🏃‍♀️😂

🌟 Student of the Month Spotlight 🌟

We're catching up! The month of April, we’re proud to have recognized our PAL Kid, Vanessa Gall, and our PAL Teen, Nathalia Recinos! 🎊🎉

Vanessa is incredibly kind to others around her. She is not afraid to walk up to others and strike up a conversation and is engaged throughout the entire meeting. She also gives whatever activity she is doing her best effort. Her kindness and participation in the program are greatly appreciated 💪💪

Nathalia carries herself with much confidence. Having served as Secretary and more recently being elected in as President in PAL Teens council, she has become an incredibly outgoing and outspoken person. She cares for others in the program and checks in on them throughout the meetings. Her growth in PAL has been absolutely inspiring to see 💥💥

We are so fortunate to have the confidence and kindness that students like Vanessa and Nathalia bring to PAL! 🎊🎉

Huge congratulations to our very own Vacaville PAL staff member, Kyle Allen, for being awarded the California PAL Staff Person of the Year Award! 🏆👏Kyle truly deserves this recognition and we’re so proud of him. He does so much for our youth, community, and PAL family every single day.The best part… he had absolutely no idea 😭 Our PAL teens secretly recorded the moment so we could capture his reaction when he found out.Thank you Kyle for everything you do for Vacaville PAL. This award is so well deserved! ❤️

Junior Giants will soon be back for ages 7-13!

Join the FREE chance to play in non-competitive baseball ⚾️ and softball 🥎 for some friendly fun! All who register will be put on a waitlist and we will fill out the team spots as space allows.

The program will run starting June 15th-August 3rd. Practices and games will be once a week on Mondays from 5:00pm - 7:00pm.

Teens (14-17) are able to volunteer on the field as well. Parent coaches and team parents are needed as well ‼️

¡Junior Giants esta de regreso para niños de 7 a 13 años!

¡Es una oportunidad para jugar béisbol ⚾️ y sóftbol 🥎 de forma gratuita y competencias amigables! Todos los que se registran comenzarán en una lista de espera, y asignaremos los jovenes en los equipos a medida que haya espacio disponible.

El programa comenzara el 15 de Junio y acabara el 3 de Agosto. Los días de práctica y juegos son una vez a la semana, los lunes de 5:00pm a 7:00pm.

Los adolescentes (de 14 a 17 años) también pueden participar como voluntarios en el campo. ¡También necesitamos padres que actúen como entrenadores y padres de equipo! ‼️

🌟Student of the Month Spotlight🌟

We're a bit late! In the month of March, we’re proud to have recognized our PAL Kid, Saul Almanza, and our PAL Teen, Miguel Moya! 🎉🎊

Saul has demonstrated his ability to be kind and talk to others while also participating heavily in the program. His engagement and participation in the meetings are greatly appreciated. Having attended our last Neighborhood Cleanup, his hard work is truly inspiring 💪

Miguel consistently puts his best foot forward in all he is tasked with. Having served previously as Vice President for PAL Teens council, his commitment to PAL continues. even as he approaches the end of his high school years. His hard work and perseverance are truly admirable 🙌

We're incredibly grateful for the hard work and participation that both Saul and Miguel bring to PAL! 🎉
