We have changed EHR for our patient charts. If you were trying to message us through Practice Fusion we no longer use that we are not ignoring you. We now use Practice EHR. You can get signed up for our patient portal where you can communicate with us that way.

With this, we have a billing company that goes along with Practice EHR, they do make phone calls, but if you have any questions you are able to contact us to verify if this is legitimate. We understand in this day and age there’s a lot of scam phone calls. I know some people are not happy with this, but this change has allowed me to actually have weekends off and be home with my family. I’m not here doing billing and charting all evening and weekends. I have had some people say they were going to leave the Practice because somebody from a foreign country was calling them. Our Practice EHR has many people in the billing department that do make the phone calls and they are out of Texas and some of them do not sound like us. If that is the case, I am sorry we hate to see you go however I can no longer continue working 16 hour days seven days a week.
Our new billing company will be calling for balances that were previously owed. Please work with them or us to make payment arrangements. We are not part of a big healthcare organization that can easily absorb those costs. 
Having said that please be patient with us as we navigate the new system and insurance did not transfer over to our new system so some of the questions at the front desk are going to be repetitive. We apologize for the inconvenience but anymore when you go to healthcare organizations, you have to show your insurance card ID every time you’re seen in many circumstances.
We appreciate all of our patients and thank you for trusting us in your healthcare needs.

We would like to welcome a new employee to our team Kayla Peoples, she will be taking over Terri's position as Medical Assistant and in charge of the phone triage line. She comes to us with a background in insurance and admissions coordinator.
Kayla has two daughters and enjoys baking and going to the gym in her spare time.
Please be patient with us during this transition and join us in welcoming Kayla. We are excited to have her.

I have not been able to get the booking site complete for the laser treatment. This is what I am going to do for the first event. It will be on Thursday April 16th starting at 10:00 Am and Friday August 17th starting at 10:30Am. We will be doing, laser hair removal, Mini facelift ( this helps the fine line and wrinkles around the face and mouth), spot removal/birthmark, these can do hands as well.
If you are interested in coming in I need to reserve your spot since we will have a trainer here for this event. I will have specials you will be able to purchase at the event.
For this event the laser sessions will be $150 no matter what you are getting, this is a bargain as some of the services can be more than this, laser hair removal depending on the site will be adjusted.

Since we are having a trainer come in to reserve a spot it will be a $50 non refundable charge. If you do not feel comfortable messaging me credit card info, please leave your name and number and my staff will call you for the number.
