Alcohol use can impact your health, relationships, work, and overall well-being — and sometimes it can be hard to recognize when “casual drinking” has become excessive.

Taking a few minutes to reflect on your alcohol use can be an important first step. Whether you’re checking in for yourself or encouraging someone you care about, awareness matters.

Take this quick assessment to better understand your alcohol use:

As PTSD Awareness Month comes to a close, it’s important to remember that not all wounds are visible.

PTSD can affect people in ways others may not always see — through anxiety, flashbacks, trouble sleeping, emotional numbness, irritability, or feeling constantly on edge.

As Men’s Health Month wraps up, these tips are a great reminder to keep healthy habits top of mind year-round. 💙

Staying active, eating well, knowing your numbers, drinking enough water, limiting unhealthy habits, scheduling regular checkups, and prioritizing mental health can all play an important role in overall well-being.

Small, consistent steps can make a big difference over time. Let’s continue encouraging the men in our lives to take care of their health — not just during June, but every month of the year.
